We have been using Ford Dealer Merchandise from the beginning and have a small retail space at our parts counter with one merchandise fixture and one hat tower. We have had enormous success selling the products to new car and truck guests with their FordPass points at the delivery. It has provided a nice added income to the parts department and completes our dealership experience. We are in the process of building a new state of the art facility and the parts department will incorporate an expanded space for retail and accessories and continue our partnership with Ford Dealer Merchandise.
