I’ve been an employee of Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford for 33 years. Many times, our customers arrive for a sales or service appointment wearing some type of Ford apparel. People are proud of what they drive and want to represent the brand just like they are proud to represent their favorite sports team. The new Ford merchandise boutique is so exciting because now not only can people get their vehicles serviced, but they can shop while they wait. Our customers are excited to see all the Ford Licensed product our dealership has available. Our employees are also enthusiastic about the merchandise boutique.
